This is a newspaper report on how to effectively get to sleep when you're not tired.Not.
What I did was:
1-Do 5 push ups
2-Do 5 sit ups.
3-Count from 1 to 200
4-Try to balance myself on 1 foot.
5-Pray another 1 our Father,10 Hail Marys.
Unfortunately,I still didn't sleep.So who was that freak who said that counting sheeps would help???
